Tanggung Jawab

- Manage end-to-end booking processes, ensuring high accuracy in documentation and reservations.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and destination-specific travel advisories.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar sales-focused customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or travel booking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex travel information clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
