Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for tour packages, domestic and international flight tickets, and hotel accommodations.
- Provide expert advice and personalized travel recommendations to meet client preferences and budget requirements.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa applications and travel insurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing corporate and leisure clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Stay up-to-date with current travel trends, destination news, and market changes to provide relevant insights.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer service and lead follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel agency industry or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and basic English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and booking data.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
