- Design and customize personalized travel itineraries for international clients
- Provide expert destination knowledge and travel recommendations in Bali and beyond
- Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, accommodations, and activities
- Handle client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues with proactive solutions
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure optimal travel packages
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles and preferences for personalized service
- Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal events, and destination developments
- Contribute to sales targets through strategic travel package promotions
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Hindi and English languages (written and spoken)
- Current residency in Indonesia with legal work authorization
- Proven experience in travel consulting, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and reservation software
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and Indonesian attractions
