Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and book comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide personalized destination recommendations and travel advice based on client preferences
- Manage client itineraries and ensure all travel details are accurate and timely
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure optimal travel deals
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and destination information
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in travel planning or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel industry systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Filipino languages
