Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and curate personalized travel itineraries for domestic and international clients.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance policies.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes, including flights, accommodation, and curated tour packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and travel partners to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline regulations, and tourism safety guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong geographic knowledge and a passion for creating unique travel experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in travel booking software, GDS systems, or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail when handling documentation and payments.
