Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert travel advice and guidance to clients regarding destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Execute accurate booking procedures for flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, visa regulations, and destination highlights.
- Resolve client concerns or travel-related issues promptly to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and travel partners to secure the best offers for clients.
- Process documentation and ensure all travel arrangements comply with company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or travel consultant role preferred.
- Strong understanding of travel industry fundamentals, including ticketing and destination planning.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- High level of empathy and a genuine passion for serving customers with a 'heartfelt' approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications and travel booking management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Tourism or Hospitality is highly preferred.
