Tanggung Jawab
- Design and customize bespoke travel itineraries aligned with client preferences and budget
- Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, local operators, and service providers
- Provide expert destination knowledge and travel recommendations for Bali and Indonesian regions
- Manage booking systems, handle reservations, and ensure seamless travel logistics
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Monitor industry trends and destination updates to provide current travel advice
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in travel consulting or tour operations preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Bali's attractions, culture, and logistics
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and client relationships simultaneously
- Passion for sustainable tourism and authentic travel experiences
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
