- Manage end-to-end sales process for tour packages, hotels, flight tickets, and travel documentation
- Develop personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination offerings, and competitive pricing
- Handle travel documentation requirements including visas, permits, and travel insurance
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure best rates and unique travel experiences
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in travel sales or customer service role
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and reservation software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian and international destinations
- Certification in travel management (e.g., IATA) is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
