Tanggung Jawab
- Advise clients on the best travel destinations, accommodations, and transport options based on their budget and preferences.
- Book and confirm complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Process and verify travel documents, such as visas, passports, and health requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with other agents and suppliers to ensure seamless travel logistics and handle any on-the-ground issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and industry news.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in the hospitality/tourism industry.
- Strong product knowledge of global travel destinations and various travel products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using major travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, TravelSky, Sabre, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for industry training or events.
