Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Manage booking processes and coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators)
- Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visas, and destination-specific requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and competitive pricing
- Resolve travel-related issues and ensure seamless client experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism/hospitality degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in travel consulting or customer service role
- Proven expertise in destination knowledge across Indonesia and international markets
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in complex planning
