Tanggung Jawab
- Design and sell comprehensive travel packages including leisure, business, and luxury itineraries.
- Process flight and hotel reservations using the Galileo (Amadeus) reservation system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the client's travel journey.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless and accurate travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on global travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination information.
- Assist in preparing and verifying travel documents, tickets, and itineraries for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented, and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to undergo training on Galileo and other travel technology systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
