Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete sales cycle for tour packages, airline tickets, hotels, and travel accommodations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation for clients to ensure a smooth journey.
- Process payments, bookings, and reservations accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, promotions, and destination information to upsell products effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or booking software is a plus.
