As a Travel Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with seamless travel planning, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing. Simultaneously, your IT role involves maintaining our office technology infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring our reservation systems operate without interruption. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for travel inquiries and bookings.
- Assist clients with flight, hotel, and visa arrangements to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within the office environment.
- Manage and maintain office IT equipment, printers, and network connectivity.
- Assist the travel team with administrative tasks and data entry in reservation systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of travel and client data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with travel reservation systems is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
