- Manage end-to-end visa application processes for international destinations
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing agencies
- Develop customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements
- Verify documentation accuracy and ensure compliance with immigration regulations
- Provide expert guidance on travel documentation, health requirements, and cultural protocols
- Build and maintain relationships with airline, hotel, and tour partners
- Resolve travel disruptions and implement contingency plans
- Track visa processing timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years in travel coordination or visa processing role
- Proven experience with visa application procedures across multiple countries
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities in English and local dialects
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Knowledge of immigration laws and travel regulations
- Customer service-focused with problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
