In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of American Express for our premium Card Members. Whether navigating complex international itineraries, securing exclusive accommodations, or managing travel disruptions, you will provide personalized support that upholds our brand promise: 'You lead the way. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-touch travel consultation to Card Members, including booking flights, hotels, cruises, and car rentals.
  • Manage complex travel itineraries and provide proactive solutions for travel-related challenges.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of travel tools and internal booking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver 'World Class' service by anticipating customer needs and providing personalized travel recommendations.
  • Resolve customer escalations with empathy, professionalism, and quick thinking.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our international clientele.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and service requests.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, customer service, or high-end hospitality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Geographic knowledge and a passion for global travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training preferred.
