- Provide comprehensive sales support to cruise advisors, managing booking inquiries and documentation
- Process cruise reservations with precision, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and client preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve booking conflicts and optimize inventory allocation
- Develop and maintain detailed client profiles to personalize cruise recommendations and enhance satisfaction
- Monitor booking performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Train new team members on booking systems and cruise product knowledge
- Act as primary liaison between clients, advisors, and cruise line partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in travel sales or customer support, preferably with cruise industry exposure
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) or travel management software
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience handling complex booking scenarios
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy in financial transactions and documentation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Relevant certification in travel/tourism or hospitality management preferred
