Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel reservations (flights, hotels, car rentals).
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Advise customers on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with airline and hotel partners to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO or high-volume call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral or neutral American accent preferred).
- Strong data entry and computer navigation skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
- Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City, and amenable to a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- College graduate of any 4-year course (or at least 2 years of college with relevant experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry is a distinct advantage.
