As a Travel Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting personalized Borneo adventures that exceed our clients' expectations while showcasing the best of Malaysian Borneo's natural wonders, cultural treasures, and unique attractions.
In this role, you'll combine your travel expertise with exceptional customer service skills to design tailor-made itineraries that capture the essence of Borneo. You'll work closely with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel goals, then transform these insights into perfectly crafted journeys. From arranging accommodations and transportation to securing unique experiences and providing ongoing support, you'll be the architect of dreams come true.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create personalized travel itineraries for Borneo adventures based on client preferences and requirements
- Manage client bookings, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, attractions, and local experiences in Sabah and Borneo
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process and during client trips
- Coordinate with local suppliers, guides, and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Stay updated on travel trends, new attractions, and industry developments in Borneo
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and trip details
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in travel planning, tour operations, or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Borneo's attractions, culture, and travel logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and reservation software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
