In this hybrid role, you will be the architect of unforgettable luxury experiences while simultaneously driving our commercial growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

You will manage the full lifecycle of travel planning—from initial consultation and bespoke itinerary design to final onsite delivery. Beyond service, you will be tasked with expanding our brand presence and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients and premium partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and curate high-end, personalized travel itineraries tailored to specific client needs and preferences.
- Manage the end-to-end client experience, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new corporate and leisure accounts.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with tourism partners, luxury hotels, and local service providers.
- Oversee the onsite delivery of travel programs, ensuring all logistical elements exceed quality benchmarks.
- Analyze market trends to continuously refine our service offerings and stay competitive in the luxury travel sector.
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a travel designer, luxury travel consultant, or similar hospitality role.
- Strong track record in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality/tourism sector.
- Excellent knowledge of global travel destinations and logistical planning.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex itineraries under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and travel booking platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in an autonomous and fast-paced environment.
