Join Panca Amara Utama as a Travel Desk Supervisor and lead the corporate travel function for our dynamic organization. In this role, you will coordinate and manage all employee travel needs, ensuring cost efficiency, comfort, and strict policy compliance across multiple locations. You will collaborate with senior leadership, external travel vendors, and internal departments to deliver seamless travel experiences while optimizing budgets and maintaining the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the end‑to‑end travel process—from itinerary planning and booking to post‑trip reconciliation—and implementing robust travel policies that align with industry best practices. You will be responsible for negotiating favorable rates with airlines, hotels, and car rental providers, monitoring travel spend, and generating detailed reports to support strategic decision‑making.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end‑to‑end corporate travel operations, including booking, ticketing, and itinerary adjustments for employees across all offices.
  • Develop, update, and enforce corporate travel policies to ensure compliance, cost control, and traveler satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and maintain contracts with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel suppliers to secure competitive rates and preferential terms.
  • Monitor travel expenses, analyze spending patterns, and provide actionable insights to senior management through detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Supervise, coach, and train the travel desk team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Handle escalated travel issues and emergencies, delivering timely resolutions and maintaining traveler safety.
  • Leverage travel management systems and tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Amadeus) to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel management, or a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with travel booking platforms and expense management solutions (SAP Concur, Cytric, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and budgetary skills with a proven ability to manage cost‑effective travel programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of organization and ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in the oil & gas, maritime, or industrial sectors is a plus.
