Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound calls and emails to assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, rates, policies, and local destinations.
- Ensure a seamless booking experience by accurately entering data into reservation systems.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Identify sales opportunities to upsell room upgrades, packages, and travel extras.
- Coordinate with hotel partners to address special requests and booking discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and travel industry trends.
- Consistently meet targets for conversion, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma (old or new curriculum).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
