Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end hotel reservation processes for corporate and leisure clients
- Provide expert guidance on accommodation options, amenities, and travel packages
- Resolve booking discrepancies and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Collaborate with hotel partners to optimize availability and special offers
- Maintain accurate reservation records in CRM systems
- Upsell complementary travel services based on client preferences
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years experience in hotel reservations or customer service
- Proficiency in reservation management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Metro Manila hospitality landscape
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
