Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding hotel amenities, room rates, availability, and special packages.
  • Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently using reservation management software.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to meet daily and monthly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner hotels to secure the best rates and accommodations for clients.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination highlights, and competitive pricing.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or hotel reservations is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak booking periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre) is a significant advantage.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
