Work Avenue And Business Solutions Incorporated is currently seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Travel & Hospitality CSR to join our growing team at the prestigious Mall of Asia location in Pasay City. This is an exciting opportunity for High School graduates who have a passion for travel and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring their booking needs are met with efficiency and a smile.

As a CSR in the Travel & Hospitality sector, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from processing reservations to managing complex itineraries. We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of international Call Center Experience (CCE) who are ready to take their career to the next level. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-tier customer service to a diverse international clientele.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process travel reservations, ticket bookings, and itinerary modifications for international and domestic clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
  • Assist travelers with visa requirements, passport details, and travel documentation updates.
  • Utilize reservation systems to input and update customer data accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the travel team to ensure smooth operations and handle any customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, hotels, and tour packages.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be a High School Graduate (or Senior High School Valedictorian/Salutatorian).
  • Minimum of 6 months of international Call Center Experience (CCE).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.
