In this role, you will be the driving force behind our corporate and group travel partnerships, transforming luxury accommodation experiences into unforgettable events.
You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities with local and international travel agents, corporate event planners, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) organizers. The ideal candidate is a strategic networker who thrives on building long-term relationships and possesses an innate ability to showcase the unique value of our villa portfolio to a discerning global audience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase occupancy and revenue from the MICE and corporate travel sectors.
- Identify and prospect new partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and event management companies.
- Conduct site inspections and present property highlights to prospective clients and planners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and inquiry handling to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and corporate retreats.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Represent Farsight24 Villas at relevant travel trade shows, networking events, and industry seminars.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, specifically focusing on MICE or luxury villas.
- Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market and existing professional networks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High level of professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
