Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in travel operations or customer service
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
