Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily travel operations and logistics to ensure seamless itineraries for all clients.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with travel vendors, including hotels, airlines, and ground transportation providers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of travel coordinators to ensure high performance and morale.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
- Handle crisis management and resolve complex travel disruptions effectively.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, optimize workflows, and drive scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations or a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Proven experience in scaling travel businesses and optimizing operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including current trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team building.
- Proficiency in travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar booking systems).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
