Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between travel agents and internal operational teams.
- Process and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth itinerary execution.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of all bookings and customer communications.
- Ensure strict adherence to travel regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for travel operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in travel operations, travel agency management, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of global travel products, booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar), and visa requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Relevant travel industry certifications are a plus.
