Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed and creative travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budget constraints.
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate effectively with travel vendors, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and travel documentation.
- Monitor travel schedules and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place before departure.
- Assist in the preparation of travel itineraries and pre-departure briefings for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in travel operations, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and MS Office applications.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of Indonesian tourism destinations.
