Tanggung Jawab
- Process flight, hotel, and tour reservations accurately using various booking systems and GDS platforms.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific travel preferences and requirements.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and confirmations for clients and travel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and availability.
- Update and maintain the company's database with the latest client information and booking records.
- Assist in visa processing and travel documentation preparation where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in travel reservations or a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Filipino citizen and willing to work in Makati City.
