  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and modifications.
  • Provide professional, accurate, and empathetic assistance to international travelers.
  • Identify sales opportunities to upgrade travel packages or offer value-added services.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms to manage reservations efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding travel policies or booking discrepancies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets for sales and service metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • High school graduate or senior high school graduate; college levels are welcome to apply.
  • No prior travel or BPO experience required—newbies are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule (including weekends and holidays).
