Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and modifications.
- Provide professional, accurate, and empathetic assistance to international travelers.
- Identify sales opportunities to upgrade travel packages or offer value-added services.
- Navigate multiple software platforms to manage reservations efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding travel policies or booking discrepancies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets for sales and service metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or senior high school graduate; college levels are welcome to apply.
- No prior travel or BPO experience required—newbies are highly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Reliable internet connection (for virtual work requirements).
