- Connect with potential clients through various channels to introduce luxury river cruise experiences
- Understand client travel preferences and needs to recommend appropriate cruise packages
- Present detailed information about cruise destinations, amenities, and itineraries
- Handle inquiries, process bookings, and ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and promotional offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
