- Identify and develop new customer segments through proactive market research and outreach
- Present and sell travel packages, flights, tours, and accommodation services
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic client acquisition and retention
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry regulations
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in travel/hospitality sector
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
- Strong results-orientation with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's travel market and customer preferences
- Valid SIM C for client meetings and site visits
