Tanggung Jawab
- Design and book comprehensive domestic and international tour packages tailored to client preferences.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to secure reservations and ensure high-quality service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and offering destination advice.
- Assist clients with visa applications, passport renewals, and necessary travel documentation.
- Process payments, manage travel vouchers, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote new tour packages and hotel deals.
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide on-trip support when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related course.
- 1-3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of international and local tourist destinations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and booking software.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for business or training.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
