Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist customers with travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
  • Provide accurate and timely information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and health advisories
  • Manage reservations and make modifications or cancellations as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on travel policies and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service

Kualifikasi

  • High school graduate or equivalent; college education is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or call center is a plus but not required
