In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries. You will assist with flight changes, cancellations, and provide information on travel policies. - Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist with travel bookings, cancellations, and changes for flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide accurate information on travel policies, documentation, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Upsell travel packages and services to enhance customer experience.
- Document call details and update customer accounts in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate; college degree preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cainta.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
