Tanggung Jawab

  • Process travel reservations, bookings, and itineraries for clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding travel options and policies.
  • Research and provide detailed information on destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and travel industry regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, CRM).
  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to undergo training and assessments.
