Tanggung Jawab
- Process travel reservations, bookings, and itineraries for clients accurately and efficiently.
- Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding travel options and policies.
- Research and provide detailed information on destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Adhere to all company policies and travel industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, CRM).
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to undergo training and assessments.
