Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound travel-related customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itinerary modifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with Team Leaders and support staff to ensure team goals are met.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell travel products and services to existing clients.
  • Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on rotating schedules or shifts as required.
