Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
