- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone calls to discuss travel needs and promote our services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, managing a high volume of inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Accurately book and confirm comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers using the Sabre GDS system.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell additional travel products and services to maximize sales and enhance client experiences.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Process payments securely and issue necessary travel documents in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Sabre GDS for reservations and ticketing is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or relevant certification in travel/tourism is a plus.
