Astra Otoparts is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Treasury Administrator to join our finance team in Kelapa Gading. As a key player in our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily cash management activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash inflows and outflows to ensure accurate liquidity positioning.
- Manage corporate payment processes, including bank transfers, cheques, and giro transactions in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all payment requests are supported by valid documentation.
- Liaise with banking partners to resolve transactional issues and optimize banking operations.
- Maintain precise digital and physical records of all treasury-related documents and bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and audit requirements related to cash and bank accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, Cashier, or Accounts Payable roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of banking instruments (Giro, Cheques, RTGS, NEFT).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
