Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of daily sales proceeds from various retail counters.
- Process customer bills payments, e-services, and other financial transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash, checks, and credit card transactions against POS reports.
- Monitor and replenish petty cash funds and ensure proper documentation for all disbursements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports for management review.
- Assist in the proper safekeeping and vault management of branch funds in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address and resolve payment-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict financial controls and audit requirements to ensure compliance with SM Store policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in treasury, cashiering, or general accounting roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle high-volume financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work in Masinag, Antipolo City.
