Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process sales collections and bills payments from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service for financial products and services
- Handle Foreign Exchange (forex) sales transactions with precision
- Maintain accurate financial transaction records and documentation
- Assist in daily reconciliation of cash and payment systems
- Support treasury reporting and financial analysis initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in treasury, collections, or retail banking
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software systems
- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (forex) operations preferred
