Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily sales operations and bills payment collection processes
- Manage customer service inquiries related to financial products
- Assist in treasury reconciliation and transaction documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and customer communications
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in treasury, collections, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
