As a Treasury Assistant, you will be the face of our financial services, primarily responsible for executing Foreign Exchange (Forex) sales, remittances, and various financial transactions with accuracy and integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and efficient foreign exchange (forex) transactions for customers.
- Process local and international remittances in accordance with company and BSP regulations.
- Manage cash drawer duties including receiving, verifying, and releasing payments and currency.
- Maintain accurate daily transaction records and prepare reports for the Treasury Department.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and audit requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to forex rates and remittance procedures.
- Reconcile daily cash and foreign currency holdings against transaction logs and reporting systems.
- Assist in other treasury-related administrative tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
- At least 6 months of experience in forex, remittance, or treasury operations is an advantage (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong numerical aptitude and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and with high ethical standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to be assigned at SM Cubao.
