- Provide support in sales and bills payment collections
- Assist customers with financial product inquiries and services
- Handle Foreign Exchange (forex) sales transactions
- Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in treasury, banking, or financial services
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (forex) operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
