Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? Casamia Furniture Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Treasury Assistant to join our team at our SM Southmall branch. In this role, you will be a vital part of our finance department, ensuring the accuracy of our daily treasury operations and supporting the Treasury Manager in maintaining seamless financial workflows.

This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a reputable company in the retail furniture industry. You will handle daily cash management, banking transactions, and ensure financial compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and record daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy in daily sales reporting.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for daily deposits and bank reconciliation tasks.
  • Assist the Treasury Manager in preparing weekly and monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries.
  • Maintain systematic records of vouchers, receipts, and disbursement documents.
  • Process payments for suppliers and manage petty cash funds for the branch.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits of financial documents to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports and audit requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in treasury, accounting, or cash management roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills and integrity in handling financial data.
  • Willingness to work on-site at SM Southmall, Las Pinas.
