- Develop and execute marketing strategies for treasury products, including peso and USD fund placements
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with treasury teams to create compelling marketing materials and product presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients to promote treasury solutions
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
- Stay current with regulatory changes affecting treasury products and ensure marketing compliance
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and client segments
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote treasury services
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably with a focus on Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury marketing, product management, or related banking functions
- Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and investment instruments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing software
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
