- Execute foreign exchange trading activities including spot, swap, and forward transactions
- Compute and monitor required bank reserves to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage liquidity positions to maintain optimal cash flow for the bank
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for treasury decision-making
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for treasury operations
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities and financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to align treasury strategies with business objectives
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting treasury operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations or forex trading
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking regulations and reserve requirements
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in treasury management or related field is a plus
