Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end bank account lifecycle processes including opening, maintenance, and closure procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC compliance requirements and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all treasury transactions
- Coordinate with banking partners to resolve account-related issues promptly
- Monitor account activities and reconcile statements monthly
- Assist in developing process improvements for treasury operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client financial needs
- Prepare periodic reports on account status and compliance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of treasury operations or banking compliance experience
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and banking procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or treasury-related) preferred
