  • Manage end-to-end bank account lifecycle processes including opening, maintenance, and closure procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC compliance requirements and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all treasury transactions
  • Coordinate with banking partners to resolve account-related issues promptly
  • Monitor account activities and reconcile statements monthly
  • Assist in developing process improvements for treasury operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client financial needs
  • Prepare periodic reports on account status and compliance metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of treasury operations or banking compliance experience
  • Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and banking procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or treasury-related) preferred
